What is the return policy?

Second Act Costumes has a 7 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us immediately via email at info@secondactcostumes.com. The item must be returned to Second Act in its original condition, with all pieces and accessories included. A refund will be issued to you via your original purchase payment method, upon the receipt of the costume to Second Act.

How do you determine costume sizing?

Costume sizes are based on the measurements of the original owner. Please check out our size guide here to determine what size to order.

Please note, sizes are approximate, as all costumes have been custom made to fit the original owner. This chart is not exact, and is designed to be a guide. Expect that costumes will require minor alterations after purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via credit card or PayPal through our online platform. Cash or cheque will not be permitted.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates vary based on the size and weight of the costume. Larger and heavier costumes will be more expensive to ship. For an estimate on the shipping cost of a specific item, or to order a large number of costumes, please contact us directly via email.

Is there a consignor fee?

There is no fee to have your costumes listed to our website. If you choose to reclaim your costumes before they have sold, you must accept all applicable shipping and handling charges to have them returned.

Once sold, you will receive 50% of the final sale price (excluding taxes and shipping fees). Our rate is based on the time it takes to inventory, appraise, professionally photograph, promote, store, and provide customer support. We aim to make the sale process as simple as possible for our consignors.
